It's funny you say that Rat.  A long time ago, in a land far away, I had and still know, a friend that I used to go out with.  We would go out and as the night would start to come to an end the would say "well, if I'm not going to get laid, I might as well get something to eat."  And we would go get some food.  He could have saved himself so much time and effort if he had just gone straight to the grocery store.  

He was a little overweight.   ;D  

Now he's married and in good shape.

yeah... this one is forced, a company shut down

i'd rather space it out a little from the last one a month ago
i think august or sept would be better
my proposal was poo poo'd

so after this vacation, i'll only have 5 PTO days left until June 2012  :-\

Lots of companies do shut downs in the summer. You guys have equipment to maintain...no?

yeah... but our dept doesn't  ;D
they do maintenance twice a year, now and xmas week
they let us work the week of xmas though

i could do this job from home for the most part
but there a rules, and working from home isn't in the playbook
