Ugh, tell me about it. It's tough being a Wings fan at playoff time. It's the only reason I want the Hawks to win. This staying up til 0130 is for the birds. The sad part is that I'll do it every single time.

It'll be a nice bit o drama as well having to face chicago in the WCF. Not only is it an old rivalry, but the Glenn Hall/Ted Lindsay/Jack Adams drama makes the old rivalry that much more intense. With the Winter Classic and the 3-3 regular season record, this would be an excellent old-school hockey match up. It would be fun to watch because I'd like to see skill win out over cheap shots and goonery.

Plus I could go to bed at a reasonable time.

Boston and SJ are showing how the top record in the regular season does not mean you're ready for the postseason. I thought Boston's youth might work against them. BUT I was planning on seeing them make it to the finals against Detroit.

What cranks me off is this is the playoffs and I can't see half the games! The first Wings series I got to see 1 game. Now the game today isn't on NBC or VS so I have no way of watching it. Except maybe online. Tough to gather a crowd around a laptop

I was hoping for all four to go to game sevens. I still have tomorrow to get 2 more though. But that was one hell of a third period in Vancouver/Chicago game. A score like that makes me feel like I could score too. Give me a stick!

He couldn't coach that group - they needed a change. You see this stuff in hockey all the time.
