it is near the top of my rack, but we do have an employee holiday party tomorrow AM
at my work. so after that, with a full stomach, i will get to work
and the wheel, will i have to cut spacers for it, or is it a kit?

No, it is not a kit, pretty sure spacers are needed. I know that the only things the wheels come with is 20mm&25mm bearings...

stuff like that is just "time and materials", so it all depends on how long it takes.
btw, the clip ons came out nice.
