Clearly that's why they're selling the Norton, they need a camera....

Does this sound sketchy as hell or is it just me?

1999 Harley Fat Boy Low Price: - $6999 (Madison)

1999 Harley Fat Boy, Black, under 9000 miles, always stored in heated garage winters. Because of the year, the bike is exempt from mileage.
There is an extra, new batwing fairing with windshield, smoke lowers, dash w/cutouts that has no stereo yet and quick release hardware, for an extra $600, or a good size windshield for $100.
I was going to paint it and keep it, custom art; but, a friend has another bike for me that I want, to do the same. So, I'm selling this one cheap!
This bike was built buy a Harley dealer in Wisconsin - they tell me a Cap. City Harley it was the Sauk Dealer - with the consent of Harley-Davidson. Harley often didn't have enough production, so 3 dealers were ever approved to do this. Therefore it is a Harley-Davidson on the title, with all Harley parts, and an aftermarket frame. Harley, of course, uses "aftermarket" frames, technically. The title does say "Replica" therefore, because they don't get a "Harley" VIN.
I love that fact because Harley caused the tariffs that make import bikes outrageous expensive! AND, I can have a Harley too, without it being a "Harley", and for less! LOL There are more out there, but this is rare! I'm getting another one, but we live near the dealer that did these. I just don't need two. So there, I have a Harley and a crotch rocket, and don't have to pay the price! You can too!
$6999 obo - no reasonable offer refused.

The ITC tariffs referred to ended in 1987 and only applied to Japanese bikes 700cc or larger.
