Not only made in America, but just about three miles from my house -- my neighbor Angel works on the line! I want one.

There are some evil people in this world that need a large bouquet of those flowers. They know who they are. I'm thinking special delivery!

Tell your neighbor, Thank You! And let him know they make some beautiful high quality pieces.
The Ruger plant in Newport, NH is about 15 minutes from me, everyone that works their is proud of their work (and they should be) and I'm a big Ruger fan.
I have my eye on a SR22 and 10/22-FS. Soon. Anyone here own an SR22?

No. Now I even forget where I found it.
Just thought it was too cool not to share.

So, I picked up my AR-15 type carbine (Del-Ton Echo 316) on the 26th. Finally got to fire it Monday down in San Diego at an indoor range.
I've fired these before, but this is the first one that is mine. Pride of ownership focuses the attention in a way that nothing else seems to do.
I've been looking around for accessories. Since I have the "MOE" edition I learned that MOE means Magpul Original Equipment. Naturally I've looked at the Magpul website for ideas.
While clicking around inside the Magpul site I felt like I had discovered some type of accessories porn.
So, is Magpul like the Rizoma of AR15/M16/M4 carbine goodies?
Are there others I should check out.

Good analogy.
I like milsurp stuff. For mags, I haven't had any problem with the Orlite mags I kept from service. They are pretty near indestructible.
Pick up a copy of Shotgun News and there are a few dozen AR15 twaddlers. Fulton Armory is one that comes to mind for being high end.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.
