All combined they're probably producing 6,000 pounds of chips every five days.

I sometimes program some things on our cam system but I haven't setup or run a machine in quite some time. Probably will over a year.

I do get involved in troubleshooting when they can't figure something out.  And all the macro programming that happens is me as well. Most of that is me thinking "would be cool if I could have the machine figure out all this on it's own" then I loose sleep over it until I figure it out.

Well, I just bought one of these.



Same robot (just one for me) going to be tending a lathe.

Been a while since I updated.  Up to 8 full time guys.  Just moved out a really old machine I got cheap and replaced it with another brand new Okuma LB3000EXMYWBB.  10" chuck lathe with a sub spindle, live milling and a Y axis for off center drilling etc.

We're going to need our own building soon!
