So I'm back and Zlt you make a lot of good points.  I hated the way the Buckeyes looked but some good can come of it.  In 08 Pryor took over after the 35-3 loss at USC and we won the Big Ten (shared) and played in a BCS game. Tomorrow Braxton Miller takes over the starting QB spot.  I'm just not sure Fickell is any good. He completely looked like a deer in the headlights.  I'm guessing Urban is getting ready and if you think OSU can't get him your crazy. It's the only team he had that he could go to with no penalties in his last 3 job contracts.

Nebraska really does not look as good as I thought and I think they will have tougher time than OSU in the Big Ten.   If we can hit the ground rolling and get those players back at Neb I can see us giving Wisky a run for its money at night at the Horseshoe.  Unfortunately, my girlfriends parents give us one ticket a year and we got Wisky.  I just might have to watch Wisky beat the Buckeyes live two years in a row.  Illinois is a really good team.  That game at Champagne scares me more than the trip to Lincoln.

I agree with the confernce realignment too.  I was hoping for major changes but the Big East is going to be the biggest loser.  I see TCU jumping ship before they get there and going to the Big 12.

Article might as well state, "Yet another tOSU player make the beast with two backss up in some way..." Of course, you can also translate the article into, dude got his ass beat after picking a fight.
Anyway, without further ado, more shit some tOSU player has done to disgrace his team/program further.

In other news, you have the Big East meeting after their meeting following their meeting to discuss the meeting they had before their last meeting to discuss their next meeting on what to do next.
The SEC is and isn't looking to add a 14th team according to the TN AD.
Mizzou is confident they will find a new home outside of the Big 12 while the Big 12 is confident they will stay.
And apparently, Brian Kelly may be too intense to coach at ND.

Looking forward to "the teams to beat" in the Big10 meeting up this weekend. Either way, GO RED! LOL.
Hopefully, Michigan can retain the Little Brown Jug.

And here's to Iowa State and another upset of the overrated whores of the Big12, Texass! HOOK THIS HORNS! *BIRD*

I would love to see this. Meyer is one of the few coaches who along with Hoke that can bring the rivalry back to the national forefront where it needs to be. I watched the HBO special again on the Game the other day and am reminded that Bo and Woody were a great coaching match up. National Championships were just an added bonus to them. The Game was the whole focus of their seasons. And it was always a close game with hard fought victories on both sides. And I think for all the bluster and bravado between opposing fans, it is much more fun for them to win a close game than to anhilate each other.

I'm not going to comment on Berry until I get the whole facts.  I think it is much more than what you are making it they keep saying no legal issues so I'm thinking it is a "mental health" issue but shit at this point that could be a smoke screen to keep the program out of trouble.

Screw the old traditions, Meyer will just keep the new tradition going.  Beating the shit out of Michigan. 2,869 days Enough Said.  The whole reason the rivalry is not as relevant is because the Buckeyes have owned your ass the last 10 years.

Right about now is where Michigan's season turns.  You'll beat Minnesota but still end up around .500. Denard is regressing under Hoke and you haven't played a single good defense yet.  I can't wait for the impending collapse.

I'm looking forward to MSU this weekend.  Braxton is now full go and the defense is getting their shit together. Going to be a whole lot of running the ball on MSU's fake #1 defense. If OSU can just get through this week with a win than they get 3 NFL caliber players back and are a much much better offensive team.

I really don't see Wisonsin and Nebraska ending up any other way than a 10-15 point win for Bucky.  Nebraska has super tough go this year.  I'm also waiting to see if Illinois and the Zooker can take that next step but much like Sparty they'll find a way to blow it.

And, the above, is why Ohio State fans always get classified as douchebags.

I make a comment saying I would like to see the rivalry once again competitive and you have to take the douchebag route.
You're telling me that you enjoy watching football games that aren't good close battles?
You're saying you wouldn't like to actually earn a victory?
This is why the world outside of the Ohio State fanbase laughs at Ohio State and calls them overrated.
Being a douchebag only reinforces that point.
You remind me of the idiot OSU fan Randy and I encountered in downtown Denver...he literally was on the ground making out with a dog. He pipes up with, "We kicked your asses!". And OSU did. But that still doesn't change the fact that you're sitting on a sidewalk making out with a dog.
Have some dignity and integrity for once in your life. I know it is asking a lot but try it. You may like it.
Fact is, nobody respects you winning against a Michigan team not putting up any real challenge. OMG WE BEAT A TEAM WITH A LOSING CONFERENCE RECORD!!! WE ARE THE MOST ELITE PROGRAM IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL TODAY!! (See...sounds assinine.)

I am going to be very amused when your 3 "golden eggs" come back and end up making absolutely no difference in the abysmal season your team is going to continue having.

Denard regressing? Yes please. The defense is stepping up when it needs to and Denard may not be the passing threat we had hoped he would be but that doesn't change the fact that he ran for 3 touchdowns against a team the "experts" writing for all of the sports broadcasters said they would struggle against.

But Miami was a fluke...right? And the close call to Toledo was against a team that came to play and had nothing to lose...You keep doing what you do best and making excuses on why your Buckeyes aren't undefeated going into conference play.

Me...I will continue respecting opponents no matter what RECENT history has shown. It still doesn't change the fact that Michigan is the most winning football program in college football history while Ohio State...well they're not.

You guys take all this shit too seriously. I'm not saying that you both are not douches, because you are  [cheeky] .

Rivalry games are the only things that keep these teams going, since they're obviously not even remotely looking at decent bowl games. I know Miami will suck, but I still hope they can beat the shit out of FSU, more so that when they beat OSU.

Go Sparty!!!!  9 sacks!!   [laugh]

Rutgers squeaked one out in double OT  [thumbsup]

Clemson looks like they are for real, they should be ranked pretty high after their 3rd win against a ranked opponent.

Miami beat up a high school team. [roll]

That was a pretty ugly showing by the Huskers (as I had feared). Still a pretty young team. Still have our division in front of us. Just need to find a D somewhere.
