Hey Betty my First Duke is a Custom Cafe Racer. Started life as a ST2 but looks totally different now. Its got a 999 Front end and tank and a S2R rear end. Plenty of other goodies on the bike as well

Hey fellas, names Jordan.

My bike on currently purchasing is an '07 Ducati Monster 695 - totally stock, looking to change soon (why I joined the forums)

I am currently studying at Uni of QLD (Commerce/Arts), also work as a professional photographer (if anyone wants some nice shots of their bike for free hit me up, always glad to help a mate!)

Been riding trail bikes my whole life, currently Yam WR450 (performance muffler package, valve clearance job and other aesthetic changes) and Honda CRF250.

Looking forward to my future as a Ducati owner!

Welcome Jordan..
Certainly come to the right place for info on Duc's and mods....
:-)

All of us QLD DMF members should organise a ride one day soon....

May just need to deal with a little unwanted attention, but would be good to meet some of the members on here..

Last attempt was just around teh time I got my Duc....

cheers

Sounds like a plan to me! Maybe just steer clear of the far SE corner (GC area). The po-po doesnt like us down there.

Hello all
Graeme here.
I've joined because I'm just about to buy my first monster, not sure which model exactly, but I'm inclined towards an M900, 750  or 695 'cause these seem to be in my price and power range, and suited to the mostly commuting I'll be doing on it, for that reason I want low ks too. I tried an S4 and it was fun but a bit too much fun for commuting.  Wink
if anyone's got something like that for sale, let me know Smiley oh and I'd prefer red.
I'm in Brisbane, so I'd appreciate any suggestions of mechanics to go to ( or those to avoid  Grin)
I do have a question, I've heard about the red key and/or the code card missing issue, but I'm not sure about the full implications. I've seen a few monsters for sale that are missing these. If a bike is missing the master key/ card ( is it both or either?) what are the options and what would it cost to rectify - if it can be.
Thanks for any advice

Oh, currently riding a Suzuki VX800
