Ning.  Teaching others how to teach CPR today. Someone else was supposed to teach this 3 day class, but bailed. When someone bails they have me do it. They should schedule me in the first place.

now and then it will time to get ready.

My best college friend is coming to stay next weekend! We have the same birthday, but a few years apart.

Got half the garage organized yesterday.  Need to get the rear brakes back on the Z and do the other side of the garage.  I would like to ride too.  Maybe I can get it all done fairly quickly and get gone riding.

No oral surgeon here.  Have always avoided and never was a believer in the mandated surgical wisdom tooth extraction (still have two of them).  Top two pulled 2 years ago.

A few cracks that needed repair from the poor job the quack back in the early 70's did who partially filled the cavities with asbestos/silver or who knows what else.

I still need my bottoms out, they're growing forward and pushed my teeth out of sorts. so much for my parents' investment in my teeth and middle school anguish...

though,  I gotta admit, the root canal I had earlier this year was rather pleasant; I got to watch batman begins on an overhead flatscreen

Thankfully it was "New Music Monday" on a local radio station to get me through the drilling with the headphones and a little portable radio cranked as high as it would go to drown out the sound of the drill.  (Thumbs up to Ed Roland and the Sweet Tea Project's and Amos Lee's new - to me - songs!)

If there's a next time, I'll add lavender to my nose to mask the smell of the drilled toofs.

my iPod never lets me down . . . when I go to the dentist, it very pleasant . . his assistant makes me feel comfy like at home . . .

lunch was eaten, linguine with meatballs . . . odd, but, that's what I felt like, and the mandatory lunch greens were sparragus on top of iceberg lettuce with cucumbers and olives . . .

now, a small 15 min nap . . I need it, . . .really
