hello . . . . yes I am alive . ..  got to the shop from car dealer about 30 mins ago . . . . . . they have the car for almost 3 full days and weren't finished when I went this morning to pick it up . . . . . . then they notice on the test drive that an engine mount is kapput , weirdest part is, they don't have it . . .they also didn't replace the valve cover/spark plugs holes gasket kit that I was assured they had plenty . . . I told them, every time the car goes into the shop, is not only their bill, but, a car rental . . . this repair was almost $2K, incl the car rental . . .

I'm hungry . . . really hungry . . .

I used VHT engine/case paint, but Nate should know. 
I'm going to try the dye method next time.

I've not seen or heard of that product before.

I've also pondered dye, but Rit don't appear to make a grey.

I've actually used VHT on the grille of my previous Falcon sedan and that actually worked really well.

George, you could also find a base coat for plastics and then cover with rattle can . . . the parts I did like this, I did "bake" them for about 3 mins before spraying the base coat's first coat . . . but, dp should know better than me . . .
