Snowblower kicked my ass today. Heavy wet snow. It was barely coming out of the chute, and so heavy it would stop the machine and the tires would just spin.

... so does the UKPS... took 'em over 3 weeks to deliver a very small package within the UK..   Woulda been quicker to send it by flightless pigeon.

My local office isn't delivering packages because they don't have enough people/vehicles to get it done, and the higher ups won't allow them to work extra...at least that's the line I was given the last time I had to go there to get my stuff.

... or simply mark a package as Delivered when they have not,  or make it 'Delivered, Left with individual'[Having a signature upon delivering request]... This last one, happened to me a few months ago, had ordered a set of carbon fiber bicycle wheels, I gave the DHL tracking # to my freight forwarder so they knew it was a high value package ... Now, I am still waiting on the seller to refund me but says "Our shipper[DHL] handed it to USPS and USPS says "Delivered" ... Legal actions are being taken
