it's a rare opportunity to have "a say" in hiring my new supervisor

i don't know why... but i'm really mad at these birds...
wtf.. they have an entire yard to hang out in,
why are they hanging out on our table and chairs

bird crap on my newly washed car is equally annoying
I wouldn't participate in that myself. I'd tell them to do it or make me the supervisor. It's why I have no job. I'm stoopit.

I'd let the bird thing go...it'll make you crazy. ;)

I've interviewed future supervisors before, as long as you know that the powers-that-be will listen to your opinion, then it is a great opportunity.  If they are going to do whatever they want then it could be frustrating.  It's always been positive for me. [thumbsup]

'Ning!  I was up early to go for a walk again...but can't bring my lazy butt to do it.  So...  here I is.

I am in a similar situation as Bacon Junkie...  Potential situations are coming on my horizon.  So far, nothing 'WOW', but it's still nice to know that something is coming.

Anywho...

Glad to hear you're state-side Paula!

Mel:  If you say 'NO' to all the potential supervisors, do they default and give you the job?!?  Do you want it?

Got to go get some cereal...my stomach is-a-no-happay.

i am 1 of 3 people from the marketing dept. that will be involved in the selection
it will be a week of long lunches on the company card

upper management will weed through the applicants to select the top 5
then out of the 5, we will take them out to lunch separately to decide who will be the best fit.

morning stu :) i'm not-qualified for that position.

I wonder how much coffee is needed for DIMBY?

MoreNing!

Welcome home P.

TiNi, put a plastic owl on your garage roof or a tree near your patio.  That should keep the birds away.
