I can agree with the ergonomics complaint. The grip made it feel a bit like I was trying to hang onto a 2x4.

Great wheelguns for sure! [thumbsup]
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

1st time post-shoulder surgery.

15 yards.  one magazine (7 rds).  about 4 inches.   at 7 yards I got a few groups touching.  at 25...well...I'm getting older... but the paper died regardless.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Going to a local indoor range tomorrow.  Wife wants to play with revolvers, I want to play with semi-autos.  She really liked firing the Ruger Security Six with .38 rounds in it.  I want a decently concealable 9mm or similar power semi.  I'm hoping the range has a Glock, Sig, H&K, and Beretta in 9mm.

Anything else I should check on renting to fire with?

And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Added to list.

I have no idea what they have to rent, but if they do, I'll try it.

i lovvvvvvvvvve my glock 26 because it's small & light & i have tiny hands.. & my ex loves his sig & beretta & prefers them to my glock, but would use my glock for conceal carry because of the size... all good choices though i think :)

it's like firing a staple gun with howitzer shells.  it's just too small for my taste.

i have a first gen E9 and a P9 and love them both.  The older E9's like mine are stainless framed with the fancy trigger job.

I don't think you can find a better all around carry gun (except maybe the new Ruger LC9?).  I am going to check out the LC9 soon, and I'm afraid of liking it.

You and me both! My fav is the Glock 19 but I really like the 26 too. I'm a medium size guy with small/medium size hands and I really like the 26/27 size frame with a finger extention butt plate on the mags. Nice to conceal and packs a decent punch. Prefer the 15 rnd capacity of the 19 but hey, if it can't be done with 10 then you're screwed anyway. [bang]

I had the opportunity to handle the new Kimber Solo 9mm last weekend.  I have a Kahr PM-9 and I really liked the feel of the Kimber - especially with the jillions of rounds I have fired through 1911's as the controls and angles are similar.  The gun is small, slim and relatively light but felt more comfortable in the hand than the Kahr.  The big advantage of the Kahr PM is its extremely small size and light weight.  The most super powerful, accurate, comfortable hand cannon you own will not save you in a gunfight if you left it home 'cause it was too heavy.

The Kimber is worth looking at.  I'd surely like to burn a couple hundred rounds through  one to see how it runs.  Not quite as small as the Kahr, but more comfortable and the price wasn't that bad (on par with the Kahr)
This isn't a dress rehearsal for life - this is it!
