So there are some members of this board who like to get into pissing matches. Not me of course, but some other people. Which is cool. A good internet pissing match is a good way to kill time.
But there are other benefits as well. Every so often a fact or piece of wisdom comes flying out of the dust. Pissing matches let those not participating know just how much rope they have to hand someone before they tie their own noose. And its good bonding. Bob Dylan wrote, "people who suffer together have stronger connections than those who are most content." So suffering through some good pissing matches is good for board cohesion.

How will a match be judged as win-lose or draw?
From my perspective there are 3 or more potential components involved adjudicating a proper pissing match...
the first being "duration"...self-explanatory
the second being "distance"....how far-reaching can the contestant go in drawing supporting data for their contention
and the third would be "force or pressure"...can one contestant cut a hole through his opponent with diamond cutting precision of argument
a forth possible criteria could be "quality"...is the contestant's argument crystal clear and pure in its stream of logic or is it a sickly yellow dribble of half-truths, rumor and supposition
finally should a winner be determined by one judge or a panel.
In the event of a panel there could very well be secondary pissing contests among judges that could lead to yet another tier of judges to judge the judges
or in the case of a biased judgement contestants could appeal
sweet mother of mary...I think I am getting uncomfortably close to describing the legal system

In all the slaughter house style grocery stores I went to in Cork when I lived there........I never saw lamb for sale.
Which is why I can't figure out why sheep and Ireland are synonymous in the American mindset.
Sure, they used the wool for some kick ass warm sweaters, but outside of that.......never saw it for sale.
Based on growing up with an Uncle who raised sheep (get the jokes out now), they are nothing like edible sheep, as you very well know there are many different breeds which of course serve different purposes.

My brother went to med school (first 2 years) in Grand Cayman at a British University and did his rotations stateside.
He went to Cuba for 4 days and visited the Cohiba factory and bought a box.
He sent them via FedEx next day back to me. Customs opened them and slit 4 of them with a razor blade, but allowed the delivery to me to take place.
They were awful.
I used to work in a cigar shop and still occasionally pick up shifts when asked by the owner (who opened his own shop when he left the one where we all worked at) and I gave everyone a stick.
Everyone was severely disappointed in the overall quality.
This was about five years ago.

I vaguely remember a national geographic article about one country that tried this and you can guess what happened.
It didn't work as planned.
However.......the question is........how is this type of facility/idea different then a Methadone Clinic? The only difference I can see is the Clinic controls how much per day you get verse a free for all where you can shoot as much smack as you please.
I was in Amsterdam in 2002 and I recall from local reading that other than marijuana/hash and magic mushrooms, everything else carried a very stiff penalty. However, the park you describe seems to supersede the seedy allies that dominate the red light district.

It wasn't the best burrito I've ever had...I'll give it a top 3 or 4 though. The best I've ever had was at a place called Puerto Nueva (I think I spelled that right) in Reno. #2 would have to be a place call La Familia in Berkeley (near the border with Oakland). I'd say Bad Boy was a burrito tie with a place called Super Burrito, also in Reno...tie in burrito quality, as well as in the stupid name category.
