The model also includes a soft top roof for the truck's cab." Just make it a crew cab, please oh please.  I actually kinda dig that. I like the styling cues in the shape of the top taken from the M715. Good God the Renegade is probably the ugliest thing to come out of Jeep since.....EVER!

Sorry man, I still gotta disagree. The comparison of ugliness takes a bit of a detour when the CJ was actually functional vs the Renegade being yet another Jeep poser-mobile! |

See, I think there's a big difference between ugly and douchey. The 3B was ugly as hell to me because of the awkward proportions of the hood/cowl height, the windshield height, and the fender height. Meanwhile, every other flatfender looked cool as hell. And so this isn't totally off topic... I have a 4 cylinder turbo diesel that I'm rebuilding to put in one of my CJ-2As.  |
